Tony n' Tina's Wedding -- Interactive Dinner Theater

Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding has a long running history in over 100 cities around the world. This world-wide phenomenon all started with two students at Hofstra University. Mark Nasser and Nancy Cassaro were both in the drama department from 1977-1981. The two would often improv as an Italian boyfriend and girlfriend from Queens just for fun. When they both moved to New York after graduating from Hofstra they continued to develop their characters. The idea of an interactive wedding—where the audience played the guests—manifested in 1985. Actors invited friends and family to three performances and it was then that Joe Corcoran realized that this could appeal to a larger audience rather than just friends and family.

Joe Corcoran began another production of the show—this time for several weeks. During this time Tony n’ Tina’s caught the attention of People Magazine, The New York Times, Time Magazine, and hundreds of other media outlets around the world. It wasn’t until February 14^th, 1988 that the first commercial production was presented by Joe and Dan, his brother, Corcoran. For the show’s first eleven years it ran in the Greenwich Village neighborhood.

Tony n’ Tina’s wedding can now be found in Las Vegas at the V Theater in Planet Hollywood. There are shows every night at 7:30pm. Be sure to check out the world-wide phenomenon!

Marc Savard -- Comedy Hypnosis

Originally headlining in his own show called Mesmerized, Marc Savard has been practicing art of hypnosis since he was 19 years of age. At 21 years of age he was appearing in over 200 stage shows around the world and in 1996, at the age of 23, he was struck by a drunk driver.

Suffering from a broken back, neck, and a skull fracture Savard used his knowledge of hypnotism to help him defy his grim prognosis and make a complete recovery by controlling his pain with his mind instead of medication. During this time Savard pursued extensive studies with Gil Boyne into hypnotherapy.

Now-a-days Marc Savard is the President of the International Institute of Hypnosis all the while he still performs at 10p.m. (dark on Fridays) at Planet Hollywood inside the V Theater.

V Theater Welcomes Echoes of the 60s!

Echoes of the 60s is a multi-media production show that takes the audience on a musical journey through one of the most amazing decades in history. This show is produced and hosted by Bill DeLoach, who was a member of the Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons, on and off, for over twenty years. He was also the piano player for Danny Gans for over ten years.

What makes this show so unique are the true stories that are shared by the principal cast members about growing up and playing in bands all through the sixties. They reveal the in-depth and often humorous accounts of their lives beginning with the early influence of Phil Spector’s “Wall of Sound” and on through the British Invasion, Motown, Psychedelic Phase and finally to their personal memories of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.

Echoes of the 60s reawakens the spirit of optimism that is so much needed in the world today and we see how music is the ultimate means in spreading the message of love and hope for generations to come. This fast-paced show always brings the audience to their feet, clapping and singing along to some of the greatest songs of all time.
